Dummy arlo pro cameras option to buy

Would netgear consider selling dummy arlo pro cameras or v cheap nonfunctioning ones. Ask as need to place a camera in a open obvious space outside above garage doors , cannot get high, at the bottom of a long garden just outside range Of base unit , and do not want to risk damage or loss, of expensive unit but see if still acts as deterrent will put real cam at looking at it within base unit range but hidden.
