Detect Packages while Unarmed

Although I love Arlo's Smart Notifications feature, I find it extremely noisy when we're home and hanging around the yard. Our solution to this was to record video, but not notify during certain times of the day (when we are home).

However, the one exception to this that makes sense is with Package Detection. Often, we are working in our offices when a package is delivered, and Arlo won't notify us until it gets fully armed again at night when we go to sleep.

It would be great to be able to be more specific with the triggers and / or notifications in the 'Modes'.

Ideally, I'd want to be able to set up the following:

- Arm when Away, or between 10 PM and 8 AM (Geofencing + Scheduling is already great for this).

- Record when motion is detected, but only notify for Packages and Vehicles between 8 AM and 10 PM.

I should add, I am aware that you can disable certain types of Smart Notifications in the web app, but it looks like it is all or nothing. I would still want to detect People while Arlo is armed.
