Duplicate alert suppression; receive one of the same alerts within a configurable window of time

I have both Arlo Pro cameras and security lights, which overall have worked great.  But a key missing feature is duplicate alert suppression. Basically, I want to get only one (1) of the same alerts within a configurable window of time (e.g., 5 minutes). That way, for example, I would get only one message during the time I'm letting our several dogs out to relieve themselves.

This features is commonly found in data center logging controls.
