Cameras that work below -4F or -20C

The Arlo Pro Wi-Fi cameras if on battery power will fail at temperatures well above -4F or -20C but if on an A/C adapter will work down to those temperatures.  Li-ion batteries do not work well at lower temperatures.  Please either manufacture cameras that work at these lower temperatures or provide a heated sleeve for these cameras to allow functioning below -4F or -20C.
