Android animated preview size and framerate should be improved

Hi,

Android animated previews were rolled out recently, which is great, but they could be improved with several simple changes to better match competitors' offers (such as Nest).

1. The static preview image with the green rectangle shows up full width on Android, but once the animated preview replaced it, the width of the preview is only about 60-70% of the full width. It should instead use the full available width, like Nest.
2. Also, the framerate is pretty low and should be doubled to avoid the choppy look (Match Nest).
