I am in the process of designing a security system for my house as part of a larger project of creating a smart home. (Based on Amazon Alexa) While researching off the shelf products, I found the Arlo Pro camera and thought it perfect for monitoring my front door. About the same time I became aware of Amazon's Echo Show and thought it was perfect for my family room. I would not need to buy another Echo Dot and there are a lot of communications features that the Echo Show possesses that appeal to me. Almost immediately I thought "Why can't I display the video from the porch camera on the Echo Show". I spent quite a bit of time trying to see if that was possible, but could not definitively answer it. So I sent an email to Netgear's Customer Service asking that question. They said currently there was no way to do it. They suggested I leave the question on this forum. So here it is!!!!

I posed this question to Amazon and their response indicated that the Echo Show and the Arlo Pro camera are  compatible. I would really like to know more about the nature of this compatibility, but because the Echo Show will not be released until 28 June 2017 they told me I would have to wait until then.
