Added Brightness adjustment on the schedule per camera

Hello,

I have multiple cameras version

Arlo original

Arlo Pro

Arlo Pro 2

Night sensing it is worst on Arlo Pro 2; image is really dark if brightness is change then during the days is very bright.

That's why can this be change to the schedule.

Arlo orginal is better for night mode. Arlo pro is ok still can be better.

That's why a bought a Reolink to check the difference.
