I put the usb drive in and it’s make only couple videos after it stop recording.the smart hub can’t found the usb drive. So i put another one. But it’s the same problem again. Make 10 videos and not recording again. Where is the problem?the usb drive was 2TB and 38 GB.

38 GB is a rather odd size - did you mistype that?
Are you using a thumb drive? The USB port on the smarthub only delivers USB-2 power (0.5A), which can be an issue with hard drives.

Im ussing ordinary usb flash drive. Not the hdd. Today i connected another one 3.77 gb. The smart hub found it, i make a format to that flash drive and it shows now that working. But i try to make a video, so there’s no videos in my app again. But the place in flash drive gets lower in ~ 8mb. So it looks like theres the video, in flash drive but it doesn’t show in my arlo app.

Be sure to specify the advertised size of the drive, not the formatted size. You need to use at least a 16GB drive so the (apparently) 4GB drive you just used shouldn't work.
To test if the drive is actually being recorded to, while the available space may well be getting smaller, safely Eject the drive and view on a computer to verify that all recordings are there.
Also, try selecting Local in the Feed display as well as going to the hub's settings and select Storage Settings. You should be able to see all recordings in either place (the hub's setting is working more reliably at the moment).
Finally, which hub do you have? Look on the bottom for a label that shows VMBxxxx.

Yes, all videos should be viewable in Feed but that method has some issues. Going to the hub's settings and selecting Storage Settings is the more reliable method at the moment.
