I've had a 4 camera arlo system since 2016. I never needed a subscription and always had access to 7 days of recorded videos.  Now after my Arlo app updated I can't locate the recorded videos and Arlo wants me to pay for a video plan.  Am I missing where the videos are or did I just get screwed by Arlo?

If you still have a library page on the arlo app and were previously viewing the arlo cloud recordings and that they have stopped showing then you will need to make a manual test recording while live viewing a camera and check that it shows up in your library page. If so then the issue is with the mode on the base station. If not then arlo has stopped your free seven days arlo cloud service on your account. This can occur if you had a previous subscription plan that has expired or the trial period has expired for a newer camera that has been installed.

I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - so one of them can do a back-end sync of your system.  That should resolve the problem.

Don't remove the cameras or hub from your account (or reset the hub), since several folks here have found that they cannot add them back when they are in this situation.

Hi @Krugenator

Are you still experiencing this symptom?
