Unauthorized payments

Can anyone answer how I can get money back from unauthorized charges? I purchased a 2-year membership with them and put it on a credit card for the full amount. Now I'm noticing both November and December. They have taken out more money. Any suggestions? Customer service has not been helpful.

Arlo doesn't offer 2-year subscriptions.  I'm tagging @JamesC to confirm. I am thinking you purchased this from a scammer.

I have been speaking to a woman named Nancy. The transaction for the 2-year agreement was on a credit card through Wynk Solution LLC. Customer service through Arlo has hung up on me over a dozen times or ignored my phone calls. I've had an extremely hard time with this company. Anyway, after I paid the $210.99 they continue to take money out of my bank both in November and December. When I brought this to their attention, Nancy said for me not to worry about it and that everything would be fine. She said that she would send the information to someone in Arlo and they would look it over and send me an email which I've never received. This all has been going on since the end of October of 2024.

Looks like you are talking to a scammer.  Arlo doesn't sell 2-year subscriptions.  And the subscription wasn't charged to Arlo, so "Nancy" is just taking your money.

I'm tagging @JamesC , in hopes that Arlo can shut this person down.

 

What you should do is report all the charges to your bank.
