Unable to change mode - Stuck on "Arm Away"

Hello,

 

Is anyone else having the same issue today?: Mode is stuck on "Arm Away". I tried changing it to "Standby" on the app and on the alarm device itself, and it won't change. Geolocation stopped working as well. 

 

Update: after several attempts to log to the website, I finally was able to, and was able to change the mode manually on the website. Glad that worked but it should have worked from the app or on the device itself. Something went amiss somewhere for sure.
