Alro Secure subscription payment decline by bank on 19 Apr 25. I have update new credit card information, when will completed payment?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I have not found "Private Messenger" setting.  Would you send email to me discuss?

You send a PM using the envelope icon here:

The management setting should be in your profile - click on the profile icon in the upper right of the forum page, and then select "my settings".  Then select "Preferences".

If you still don't see it to the left of "Kudos", then your post count might not be quite high enough to enable the feature.

No one solve my problem!

 

I already send "private message" to BrookeN on 28April 25.  But I never have any reply.
