Absolutely Unacceptable!
I cannot believe that after spending hundreds of dollars on multiple sensors, cameras, the keypad hub, and a backup system, I’m left with a glitching, unreliable security setup. Out of nowhere, the keypad system just stopped working properly, and now the hub doesn’t even alert us when a door opens or closes—which is the entire point of having a security system in the first place!
The most infuriating part? I’ve been bounced around between support reps with zero resolution. I don’t need more basic troubleshooting steps—I need an actual fix for an issue that appears to be widespread. How is it that a system advertised as “smart home security” can just break down like this with no explanation?
This is not a cheap setup, and for the price, I expect reliable performance and competent customer support. Arlo needs to acknowledge this problem, offer a fix, or start issuing refunds, because at this point, I’m seriously regretting my investment in this ecosystem. Fix this NOW!
