Primary PIN Setup takes a long time and does not save

I just purchased the Arlo Home Security System and trying to finish my set-up. In the Dashboard within the browser (on my laptop), I created a Primary PIN and hit save. However, it has stayed on "Please wait..." for over an hour.  Have you all encountered this?  I did this a few times and nothing has saved.  

 

Also, in the App, I keep getting a "Public key required" when trying to set-up the PIN. I contacted customer service and it wasn't helpful. I had to unplug, reset, delete, and reinstall Arlo app, and it didn't solve anything. 

 

Appreciate anyone's help with this.
