I am a 10 year arlo customer who now cannot wait to ditch Arlo and switch over to Ring. All because of the new app, specifically because they took away customers modes, or better put, not I am limited to their three. Stupid, it sucks, and good bye.

You can single out none camera in 2 ways:
1) In Feed, use the 3 dot menu and go to Feed Settings. Go to Devices and deselect all at the top and then select only the one camera.
2) In Devices (or Dashboard, if you have a widget set up for the camera), click on the thumbnail anywhere other than the gear or live view arrow. That will display the camera's videos.

I suggest you research this. AFAICT Ring doesn't have custom modes either, they are limited to Away, Home, and Disarmed.
Arlo has said that they will add back custom modes (or something similar) - no idea when that will be rolled out though.

We’ve heard your feedback, and the development team is working hard to deliver a similar custom modes experience that legacy users have come to enjoy while maintaining all the new improvements and features included in the latest version of the Arlo Secure App. We will keep the community up to date as we approach the release of this highly anticipated feature.
Thank you all for your continued feedback in helping make the Arlo experience the best it can be!

The new app is a nightmare. Impossible to figure out. Go back to the old one before I switch to Nest. Arlo went from the best to the worst.

This is what I was told. So from why I understand is if you want to keep the old version you can't get a new camera or be a new customer.

FYI, there is a slow migration going on to move folks with the old interface to the new one (the current apps support both interfaces so it's not an app issue). At some point you will be migrated whether you want it or not. It's "when", not "if"...

Just updated a couple of weeks ago and it’s AWFUL! Is there a way to revert to old app.

There is no way to revert back to the old app. However, the community would be more than happy to answer and help with any questions with regarding new app.

Agreed, the new app is horrendous, the feed is incredibly painful when you have 15 cameras. You can’t single one out.. hate this and will switch as soon as i can as I don’t see them changing this.
