Question: I noticed when the internet goes off, the keypad additional battery, keeps the sensors connected but not my Ultra 2 cameras. Is this correct? Is there an upcoming improvement that will keep the cameras also working in the event internet goes off?

Loss of internet causes the whole system to not be able to connect to the servers. Apparently the keypad and related sensors maintain their connection (haven't tried this myself) but the cameras would not be able to transfer data to the servers. Since you have Ultra cameras with a SmartHub, set up local recordings so you don't lose anything during the interruption. Look in the hub's settings under Storage Settings.
