Can someone access my cameras without providing credentials?

I was wondering if someone hacked into my home LAN and attempted to access my hub VMB4540 or VMB5000 will they be able to access my cameras without providing credentials or will they have to provide a login and password?

The only way to access cameras or recordings is through your Arlo account.  So anyone would need to successfully log into that.
