This company has been committing fraud. They have been charging my bank account without my authorization since March 2025  My account was cancelled back in August of 2024  Now they have no live agents available to take calls. I have reported this to my bank for as a fraud claim and reimbursement.

How do we get these crooks to be held responsible for their crimes. We were granted our refund and impossible to talk with billing to receive it. On hold for over an hour just to be disconnected by them. I’ve filed a fcc complaint.
