The camera just disappeared from the app. Battery was approx 40%. Tried charging camera, but it’s behaving very weird. Not able to re-connect with the Arlo app. Blue light won’t blink no matter how long I hold in the button. An orange light is staying on for a bit. The camera is only 1 year. Tried canceling my subscription online, but that doesn’t seem to work either! Bad quality and expensive subscription!

Assuming you have a subscription, use the app to go to Settings, Support to see what official support may offer. If it's still within warranty, they may offer an RMA.

What kind of support?? This  is the only place I'm able to reach you. Would you please cancel my subscription? This camera is going in the garbage. I'm never going to buy an Arlo product again. And still, there is something wrong with your web site. I can upgrade my supscription, but NOT cancel it.

Please look up case number 00770250 . I finally got someone to answer on CS, but that's it. She told me to send her the video. Now I have sent a video 3 (!!!) times, no reply. I have taken video of me trying to cancel my plan both on iphone and computer. It simply does not work!! After yet another payment was withdrawn from my account today I will now take legal actions. 

I have enough documentation that shows how long I've tried to contact you. And all phone calls ect. Why on earth isn't this easy for you to help me with? Just cancel my plan!!! OMG.
