solar panel - year 2 still not working

Spent many hours chatting with Arlo a year or so ago when I got my solar panel. It worked for a short period of time but doesnt register as charging when plugged in.  I have done all the recommended charging and resetting and nothing makes the charge indicator come on.   I have used many cellular security cameras with solar panels and this one is nearly unusable.....I have spent more time on a ladder and with the camera plugged in in my house than it has been outside.  Now I see arlo is having so many issues with their products they only do tech support for people who subscribe and pay of it......what a great product
