arlo go camera will not upload to the cloud

I have a arlo go camera. Unfortunately it will not upload to the cloud. I have a Vodafone v sim card linked to the camera. But will not upload to the mobile phone app.

Can you livestream the camera?  If you can, also try making a manual recording while livestreaming, and see if that is in the cloud library.
