Trouble resetting camera

I can’t reset my Arlo camera. When I try to scan the QR code in front of the camera it won’t accept and just blinks the amber fast flashing light. Any suggestions?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
