Trouble activating Arlo Go (ver 1)

I have an Arlo Go that was on my account a while ago, and I didn't think I would use it anymore, so I removed it. I am trying to add it back (months later), and when I scan the QR code on my phone from the camera, I just get the error sound and flashing orange light. I have tried everything in this link (including factory reset) to no avail: https://kb.arlo.com/000062338/My-Arlo-camera-will-not-scan-the-QR-code-during-setup Any other thoughts?

I did. I have tried everything. I have two other cameras and never had this issue on those. Even after the factory reset, I scan the QR code, get the error chime, and rapidly flashing amber lights.

This could indicate an issue with the hardware. If you have an Arlo Secure subscription, consider reaching out to support within the Arlo Secure app under Settings > Support to further investigate the issue.
