Push Notification Sound Not Working After Upgrading

After upgrading to premier on my arlo go cameras, my push notification doesnt play sound anymore. I have a samsung s8.

I went into arlo setting and set my ringtone. Checked samsung notification settings to make sure arlo is set to "on" for sound. Everything worked fine until the upgrade. Help would be appreciated. Thanks
