I have 4 people on the list but some were dropped for some odd reason. I keep trying to reinstall them. They show that they are on the list but they do not receive the e-mail. I am following the procedure in the manual to no avail. Do you have to list them as friends? Any suggestions? Only one of the four are receiving the notifications.

Try to remove the email addresses and try to add them through the web client on your computer. You can also read here to learn why they might not be receiving Arlo emails: Why am I not getting Arlo email alerts?
