Looking to purchase Arlo Go. Can this work with no mobile internet? Any upgrade in new future?

Hi there, looking at purchasing an Arlo GO (mobile Camera), can this unit work when the mobile internet modem is taken on holidays and the Arlo Go is left in our home to montior with no mobile internet? Does the unit have to have a mobile internet near buy to work?  Also is there any upgrade in the near future to upgrade specs similar to the 4K Arlo ultra?

You must have Arlo Go running on mobile data in order for the Arlo Go to monitor your home.

We don't have any information regarding any upgrade for the Arlo Go in the future. We'll be sure to update the community if we have any new information.
