Yes i have tried everything uninstalling the app and restarting the phone but i cant get through
Any suggestions please its an emergency

Try a computer using the web client (https://my.arlo.com). You could also try a different phone or tablet.

I can access my cams on the computer but i am failing to access it on my phone ... thanks for the advice

Not sure what to tell you about the phone other than you may need to do a factory reset and reinstall everything.

 

You can use a mobile browser if set to use the desktop version of the site as a workaround.
