Can you restart Arlo Go remotely once it turns off?

Due to bad weather my camera which is solar charged ran out of charge and turned off and I was wondering if the camera can be turned on again remotely now that the weather has improved enough to charge the battery again?

If it died from lack of power, I do think it will need to be reset to turn on.
