I followed all instruction for checking the wireless network connection for the base station. When I try adding a camera I can get the flashing light after pushing the sync button but never a chime when looking at the QR code-on chrome browser or android app. However if I plug the camera in to the charging cable that is plugged into the computer, quickly depress the sync button on the base station and then the sync button on the camera it will connect - until I remove the charging cable. Is this a battery issue or a wireless issue.
I have another camera that won't light up at all. Frustrating -- these things are not that old.
