Can deleted videos be viewed on SD card on my PC (Arlo Go)?

can deleted videos be viewed on sd card via my pc? i noticed after deleting videos the sd card does not go back to completely empty is this because videos are still saved on the sd card? i’m am trying to find a way to see if anyone deleted videos that i’m not aware of. i get huge gaps of times not picking up sound or video and i know there are people and sounds and it’s always when i really need to see what’s going on where i live, so i don’t know if someone could hack into my camera/app and delete things. my camera is out of eye site from anyone being able to see it unless they accidentally or purposely looked for it then maybe they could find it, but then what options would they have as far as controlling it?

When you delete videos from the cloud, nothing happens to what's on the SD card so you can pull the card and review it. There's no way to delete those videos except on a computer.
