Camera for elderly Mum with. No wifi

I want a camera for my elderly Mum who lives in UK. She has no wifi or computer.   I live in US. Can I get an Arlo go and see her? Would this work? . Which SIM card would I use - a UK or US one?

You would need to buy a Sim card  that works with the cellservice WHERE the Go camera is...

So it would be from the UK  ( and prob have to buy the Go there too)

...as there (TMK) 3 models here in US;  1) verizon 2) ATT 3) NMVO ( like a tracfone where they use another companies cell service )
