Came battery draining

Hello, I previously purchased the “Arlo Go” camera, with a fully charged battery it used to last a month before needing to charge it, now it lasts only two days, even after I bought new batteries it stull does not last any longer than two days. The suggestions on the Arlo website on the possible causes of the problem also did not work. How do i proceed? What can I do?

Can you verify that the signal at the camera is decent? With 3G being phased out, it may well be using 4G which could be a weaker signal for various reasons which would cause the camera to have to use more battery to keep it connected to the tower.
