ArloGo to Enterprise VMS

I would like to use the ArloGo with our companies enterprise video management system(VMS). We use all types of cameras depending upon the application (video environment). Can our system receive a direct stream of H.264 direct management and recording? Our VMS can use OEM video drivers or OnVif standard. 

My paricular VMS is Milestone.

Is is there a solar attachment option?

Live streams can only be accessed through the Arlo Web client or the Arlo mobile app.
