Arlo go will not scan QR code for setup

Hello, I have a Arlo go. With SIM card with vodaphone. It has previously worked and scanned the qr code for initial setup. I deleted it as it kept going off line. Now no matter what I cannot get it to scan the qr code for set up. I have tried on laptop, mobile phone. Different angels but nothing. Please help
