Arlo go camera won’t say chime

I’m having issues connecting my camera. Every article Iv’e read says to hold the button for a second until a chime sound comes and then resetting the camera using the Qr code. But no matter what I do my camera won’t say the chime

Have you tried factory resetting the device and trying again from these steps?
