Arlo go camera unable to set Activated mode

I have recently purchased Arlo Go, and set it up with a 1 camera subscription.
I have a sim card in it, and I am able to watch live.

I have a ssd card in it aswell.

I am unable to set it to "Activated mode" it always directly jumps back to "Deactivated mode".


The auto detect and record function does not work. How can I fix this?

In the web dashboard it says "Armed" vs "Disarmed". but still same happening there. It goes into Armed mode for a little while then when i refresh / relogin the web browser it is still on Disarmed.
