Arlo go - Can’t get the camera to scan the QR code

Can’t get the camera to scan the QR code. I already have another arlo go and works fine.

I have tried all those and still will not connect.  Could it be the sim card being 5G?   I have another arlo go camera but I'm afraid to take it down because I had a hard time it staying connected.
