I have two Arlo Go cameras, one working (mostly at the moment) and one not working. Without question, they have been the poorest performing, poorest quality, most expensive ornament I have ever bought. Neither of them has worked particularly well from new; one will work for a bit while the other doesn't work, then the other might work for a bit but rarely they will work for any long periods of time. Occasionally they're rebuild their server or something and both cameras will spring back into life for a little while but it isn't long before they stop working again. I have spent more than 100 hour dealing with their "technical support" who don't have any knowledge and read from a script. I have bought a Eufy camera now and so far it's ok (https://uk.eufylife.com). I haven't had it long enough to recommend it but I can certainly speak with authority on Arlo cameras and I'd advise anyone thinking of buying an Arlo not to ! You will 100% regret ever hearing about Arlo if you do !
