Arlo Go wont connect to app

I cannot connect my Arlo Go to the app. I have:
1 activated the sim and checked that it works
2 copied the APN data from the sim and entered in the app
3 after scanning the QR code, I hear the chime. Nothing happens. I press «next» and the app keeps searching for the unit without result
4 i have also tried the same procedure with only cable connection (removed the battery)
5 i have tried several different APN adjustments

Any recommendations? I use iPhone 12 Max pro and have the latest app (with other cameras installed from before, these works fine)

Hi OleAndre,

 

Have you tried setting up the Arlo Go camera using the web client on your computer browser to see if that works as well?
