My Arlo Go doesn't seem to be detecting motion. I can do the motion test and the yellow light lights up, but when I'm ready to use it, it's not detecting motion. I can press play to view live and everything works fine. Any help is appreciated.

Increase the level of sense....
It is in the MODE you use to arm, MODE/camera/ then edit go to record and edit, increase slide bar
Morse is faster than texting!

Increasing the sensitivity doesn't fix this problem-ours has always been at 80-100%. the motion test works and live stream works, but our camera doen't detect motion. do we have a defective camera?

While it's possible you have a bad camera, first rule out a couple of things.
1) When setting the motion sensitivity, are you doing so in your modes and rules? The motion detection test just gives you a number to use in a camera's rules.
2) Is the motion icon (3 bars and a ball in the app, running man for the web) in the Devices tab gray or black? If gray, you need to check and set the appropriate mode in the Mode tab.
