When camera is recording and I go live on the camera, in the library it shows it as manual and just shows a picture not the video. If you don’t go live and let the camera record, it shows a video in the library. How do you get it to stop changing to manual and see the video in the library.

If you use the arlo web portal in browser on a pc you should be able to play the problem video, it should say prepare stream.
If you’re using the arlo mobile app you can save the problem video to the phone and it should be playable.
If you have a subscription plan you can contact support via the app to open a fault case to get it fixed.
