Arlo Go is not staying connected. Off and on Intermittently

Purchased in Nov 2021 (Australia) and working well up till the past 2 weeks. Now going offline for no reason at times. Sim Card checked with Telstra Carrier and working fine. SIM also cleaned etc. Reinstalled multiple times. ALL trouble shooting suggestions have been followed multiple times. My main question is: Is there a problem with the Arlo App connectivity, or are there any suggestions what else to try before taking back under warranty please?

If concerned about app connectivity, try the web client to see if it's any different. I suspect you either have an issue with the cell service or a faulty camera. Take the camera to another location with known good signal and see if it then behaves.
