I'm interested in using the Arlo Go Mobile Security as a Trail Cam and it seems that the NEW Animal Detection, Coming Soon might be the ticket.  If I buy the camera, is "Animal Detection" a software upgrade or would that involve a different camera?

In all honesty, a game cam made to do this would be cheaper...

As to the animal detect , I don't know for sure, it's usu in the sw like in the Pro/Pro2
