Setting up new Arlo Go. SIM is in, App downloaded, following set up in app but can not get past the step that asks to position camera about 8 inches away from code image on phone and wait for a chime- we don’t hear a chime. We hear a negative/unsuccessful sound and see a fast blinking amber LED suggesting The camera connected to the mobile network but it cannot connect to the cloud. Please help...
