My Arlo Go stopped working. I fiddled with it. Nothing. I use a solar charger. Fiddled with it. No luck, I probably shouldn't have, but I deleted it from my app. So... I got a new battery. The door might be part of the problem. That's another story. Bottom line, when I start to re-set it up, I get the blue flashing light but it won't take a pic of the QR code. I can't figure out how to resolve this. Now I need a smart person to guide me step by step. I'm paying Verizon for a camera that isn't working.

There's an FAQ here on how to reset a Go - has a specific QR code that performs the task. What happens when you try that?
