We have 2 of the Go, with the Arlo LTE sim cards on board. I've followed the instructions to add the devices to my account, but the cameras aren't being found.
What else can I try? Both are VML4030 Arlo Go

I ended up calling Tech Support. When resetting the cameras, I hadn't completed the process.
All set now.

I assume you've got good cell coverage where you're trying to set these up? Have you tried a computer browser?
