Arlo Go VML4030 losing battery charge when turned off

Recently purchased 2nd Arlo Go.  Charged battery.  Even though I turned it off, as we weren't going to be using it immediately, the battery drained completely.   Charged it a second time and I see that it's starting to drain even though it's turned off.

It would be better to remove the battery. The camera will still try to get an Internet connection through a cell tower even when off. It needs that connection to be able to turn it back on later.
