Hi There-
I have two identical VML4030s. One suddenly stopped working and I can't get it back on. I know it's not the SIM card as I swapped it with the working unit and it was fine.
Booting up the camera I get a flashing solid blue light. I tried to add it as a new camera, but I can't get the chime sound from pressing the sync button, and therefore can't recognise any QR codes in setup.
Any clues as to what else I can try?

Yup, have tried that - It's not connected to the cloud, so I can't remove it. Furthermore the sync button doesn't make a click sound or recognise the QR code...

Even if the camera is offline, you can still remove it from your account. Afterwards, you would likely want to use the reset procedure so you could start fresh. However, it certainly sounds like you have a faulty camera. If still within the warranty period, you could buy a single camera subscription and use that to contact support for a possible RMA. Cancel the sub when finished.
