On 02/16/2020, I turned off the Arlo Go camera. But, it still recorded 112, 10 Sec. of video from 2:44 to
4:06 PM. Nothing like getting 112 emails of Arlo Activity!!
I have been unable to login yesterday till now - and just finished a 1Hr Chat session - I was informed of an upgrade in Community which required me to set-up a new account with new email. So, after making numerous attempts password reset. I was very surprised, but pleased to be able to reset & login now using my regular email address.

Try rebooting it in the camera settings (not sure if there's a Restart button but check).

Not sure what you mean, I only see a Remove Camera button in the Settings area.

Some devices can be restarted remotely. Since you don't have a Restart button along with the Remove one, you'd have to reinsert the battery to reboot the camera.
