Arlo Go Push To Talk Not Working. Can hear audio when microphone is pushed but can't hear anything.

We installed Arlo go and the push to talk isn’t working right. We can hear audio but when the microphone button is pushed, we can talk, but can’t hear anything in return. Any suggestions??

When you mention that you can't hear anything in return, are you saying you can't hear anything from your Arlo Go speaker when you speak?
